Documents you upload are private to your account. You choose whether to share a link, who receives it and when it expires, and you can export or delete your files at any time.
Documents shared with you
Project documents arrive when a provider shares them.
When you are working with a provider on ClickSabi, they can share project documents into your record. Nothing is shared automatically in either direction.
When the inverter on Tom's solar system failed eight years after install, he opened the Vault, found the original equipment warranty in seconds and filed a claim the same afternoon. No email archaeology, no lost paperwork, just the document he needed.
