01 · Understand before you commit
The buyer reads the proposal, tests the numbers and compares the offers.
A scan turns clauses, gaps and conditions into plain English with the questions to ask, plus a proposal risk score. Competing proposals then line up on the same terms, with public evidence about each company beside them.
Figures are models of the terms and assumptions entered, not guaranteed savings.
02 · Deliver from one project
An accepted proposal becomes the project the provider runs.
Design, proposal, acceptance, scheduling, documents, payments and completion stay on one record in ClickSabi Pro, so the team is never rebuilding the story in another tool.
03 · Stay connected after acceptance
A provider action becomes something the customer can see.
Proposals, project progress, appointments, shared documents, payment requests and status, warranties and service information can travel through the relationship into the customer account.
- Shared when it should be
- The provider decides what to share, and permissions on the relationship control visibility.
- Private when it shouldn't
- Internal pricing, pipeline and team operations stay provider-side. Personal customer records stay private. The two sides do not see identical screens.
Connecting is optional. Proposal analysis, comparison and company research work without a connected provider.
