This Privacy Notice explains how ClickSabi Inc. ("ClickSabi Inc.", "we", "us"), operator of the ClickSabi platform ("ClickSabi", the "Service"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data. ClickSabi Inc. is the data controller responsible for personal data processed through the Service.

Categories of personal data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, login credentials, and account preferences.
• Contract and document data: files and text you upload for analysis, and any metadata you provide about them.
• Support communications: messages you send to our support team.
• Usage and device data: pages visited, features used, IP address, device identifiers, browser type, and approximate location.
• Billing data: name, billing address, and transaction history (payment card details are collected and processed by Paddle, not by us).

Purposes and legal bases

• Provide the Service (contract analysis, AI advisor, alerts, document storage) — performance of a contract.
• Account creation, authentication, and customer support — performance of a contract.
• Billing, subscription management, fraud prevention, and tax compliance — performance of a contract and legal obligation.
• Security, abuse prevention, and platform improvement — legitimate interests in operating a safe, reliable Service.
• Marketing emails and product updates — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How we share your data

We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients:

• Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") — our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes all payments, subscriptions, taxes, invoicing, refunds, and chargebacks, and receives the buyer data necessary to complete and support those transactions. See Paddle's privacy policy.
• Service providers / sub-processors — cloud hosting, database, AI model providers used to power contract analysis, email delivery, analytics, and customer support tooling, each bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and compliance advisers, where necessary.
• Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and users.

We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Account and contract data are retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure to handle disputes, support requests, and legal obligations. Billing records retained by Paddle and by us for tax purposes are kept for up to 7 years. Support communications are retained for up to 24 months. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service, and limited analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. Payments pages provided by Paddle may set their own cookies as described in Paddle's privacy policy. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the Service.

International transfers

Personal data may be processed in countries other than your own, including by our service providers and by Paddle. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

Security

We use encrypted storage, encryption in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure designed to protect your documents and account information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent or lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. You can exercise most rights from your account settings, or by contacting our team. We aim to respond within 30 days.
