This Refund Policy applies to purchases of ClickSabi, a service operated by PVBUZZ MEDIA INC. Payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on ClickSabi subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are handled by Paddle. To request a refund:
- Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Open the relevant transaction and submit a refund request, or contact Paddle support directly from that page.
- Alternatively, contact our team and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.
Subscription renewals and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net; cancelling stops future renewals and your access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds on renewal charges outside the 30-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis.
