Respond when your provider needs a document from you.

Where requests appear

Requested from you sits at the top of Documents and lists what your provider is waiting on, such as a utility bill or a signed page.

Open the request and add the file. Your provider sees it against the project.

Message your provider from the project and tell them why. Requests stay listed until they are satisfied or the provider removes them.
