Analysis status and what happens next
What each stage means while ClickSabi reads your document.
While it runs
Pages are read, text is extracted and the document is analysed. Progress is shown while it works. You can leave the page and come back.
Where to check
Open Scan. All Offers lists everything you have added, with proposals and contracts filtered on their own tabs.
If it fails
A failed analysis usually means the file could not be read. Try the original PDF instead of a photo, or split a very long document. See Upload failed in Troubleshooting.
Pacing
Analyses are paced to keep the service responsive. If you start several in quick succession you may be asked to wait a few minutes before the next one.
