Check the file
Confirm it's a supported PDF or image and that it opens normally on your device.
Check the connection
Large files on a weak connection can time out. Retry on a stable network.
Split large documents
If a long PDF consistently fails, split it and upload the parts separately.
Still failing
Contact support with the file name and roughly when it happened.
