Formats we accept
PDF documents and common image formats (JPG, PNG, HEIC) are supported. Multi-page PDFs are processed page by page.
What works best
Text-based PDFs exported from the installer's software give the most accurate extraction. Scans and photos also work, but rely on OCR.
What to include
Upload the complete agreement: pricing, escalators, warranty terms, cancellation clauses, and any addenda. Missing pages mean missing risks.
Size limits
Very large files may take longer to process. If an upload fails, split the document and analyze the parts separately.
