How project payments work
How a provider requests payment and what happens after you pay.

Payments start with a request
Your provider raises a payment request against the project, with an amount and what it covers. It appears under Payments in your workspace.
Paying is your decision
Nothing is charged automatically. A request sits there until you choose to pay it.
What ClickSabi handles
ClickSabi presents the request and processes the card payment through its payment provider. Card details are entered in the payment provider's form; ClickSabi never sees your card number.
Subscription billing is separate
Payments here are payments to your provider for project work. They are unrelated to any ClickSabi Pro subscription your provider pays.
