Payment status and records
Read the status on a payment and find what you have already paid.

Where to look
Payments lists the requests on your project, newest first, each with its current status.
Statuses
A request is outstanding until it is paid, then shows as paid. A request your provider changes or cancels stops being payable and says so when you open it.
Records
Paid requests stay in the list as your record of what was paid and when, against the project it belonged to.
Refunds and disputes
Any adjustment is handled with your provider. Message them from the project. ClickSabi does not promise a refund or a timeframe on their behalf.
