Paying a payment request

Open a request, review what it covers and pay by card.

Open the request

Open Projects, then Payments. Select the request to see the amount, what it covers and which provider raised it.

Choose to pay and complete the card form on the payment page. The amount appears on the pay button, so you confirm exactly what is being charged.

If your provider has not finished setting up payments, the request cannot be paid online yet. Message them to arrange it another way.

A decline comes from your bank or card issuer, not from ClickSabi. Try another card, or check with your bank, then start the payment again.
