Improve the source image
Retake the page straight on, in even light, filling the frame. Glare and shadow are the usual culprits.
Prefer the original PDF
If the installer emailed a PDF, use it instead of a photo — extraction is far more reliable.
Review extracted values
Check the extracted financial terms against the document and correct anything that looks wrong.
