Completing provider onboarding
The five onboarding stages and what each one asks for.
The five stages
Provider onboarding runs in order: Account, Company, Plan, Brand, Get started. You can leave and come back; progress is kept.
Account
Confirms the account that will own the workspace. If you were invited to an existing workspace, your pending invitation is offered here instead of a new company.
Company
Your legal company name, contact details and service area. These details appear on proposals and customer-facing pages, so use the name you trade under.
Plan
Choose a plan to activate the workspace. Plans and current pricing are shown from the live plan catalogue.
Brand and Get started
Add your logo and colours, then finish. The workspace opens on the Dashboard.
