What actually changes between plans

Web Forms is included with eligible plans and are activated in your workspace when you choose to use them. Inclusion is not automatic activation. Automations is an optional add-on available to Growth, Scale and Enterprise plans and must be activated separately.

Billing, plainly

Prices
ClickSabi Pro plans are shown and billed in CAD.
Trial
Starter, Growth and Scale include a 14-day self-serve trial. Enterprise is contact-led.
Upgrades
Take effect immediately, with applicable proration.
Downgrades
Take effect at the end of the billing period, and current usage must fit the target plan's limits.
Cancellation
Access continues through the paid period, after which the workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted.
