Get paid

Milestone payments the customer trusts and you can track.

Every payment request attaches to a project milestone. You always know what is requested, what is funded and what is available, per project, with a record you can audit.

Asking for money

A request is part of the project, not a separate invoice.

Deposit, progress and completion requests are raised from the project itself, with due dates and reminders. The customer pays online and the money lands against the milestone it was raised for.

  1. 01

    Request

Create a deposit, before-installation or on-completion request from the project. The customer sees it in their own account.

  2. 02

    Pay

The customer pays online through ClickSabi. Receipts and status update on both sides.

  3. 03

    Fund

The payment is recorded against the milestone in the project funds ledger, so what is funded and what is available is visible per project.

Project funds

One project, one honest balance.

Contract value, collected, outstanding and overdue sit beside the work they belong to. The ledger behind them is append-only: nothing is edited after the fact, and corrections are new entries.

The project record carries its own money: requests, what is outstanding and what to do next.

Attached to the work

Every request names the milestone it covers, so the balance always explains itself.

Reversals are visible

Refunds and disputes reduce a project's available funds and are shown in the ledger with their reason.

The customer sees their side

What they paid, what it covered and when work was released. Nothing more.

Getting the money out

Completion, review, release, payout.

Funds leave a project only after the milestone is complete and the release has been reviewed. Every decision is timestamped and attributed.

  1. 01

    Complete

Mark the milestone complete with the evidence the project already holds: schedule, photos, inspection outcome.

  2. 02

    Review

Each release is reviewed against that evidence before it is approved. Approvals and declines are recorded with reasons.

  3. 03

    Release

Approved amounts leave the project's available funds. The customer sees the release in their project activity.

  4. 04

    Pay out

Released funds transfer to your connected payout account. Onboarding happens inside ClickSabi with a secure verification step.
