Deliver
Every project on one record, from acceptance to handover.
The accepted proposal becomes the project. Milestones, procurement, schedule, documents and the customer's view all live there, so nothing has to be re-explained.
How delivery works
Plan, procure, interconnect, schedule, install, inspect, complete, care.
Each stage is a milestone on the project. Payment requests, documents and customer updates attach to those milestones.
- 1Plan
Milestones are created from the accepted proposal. Add targets, owners and what the customer will see at each step.
- 2Procure
The bill of materials comes from the design. Track ordered, received and installed quantities per line.
- 3Interconnect
Follow the verified market pack for the jurisdiction. Ontario is verified today; other regions show a known gap rather than a guess.
- 4Schedule
Book site work and inspections. The customer sees a shared schedule and gets reminders automatically.
- 5Install and inspect
Record progress, photos and inspection outcomes on the milestone. Issues raise the project's health so nothing slips quietly.
- 6Complete
Completion is a reviewed step, not a checkbox. It is what unlocks the final payment milestone.
- 7Care
Warranty documents hand over to the customer's Asset Care, with maintenance and warranty dates they can act on.
What the project carries
One place for the whole team and the customer.
Bill of materials
Generated from the design. Adjust lines, track fulfilment and keep quantities honest.
Shared schedule
Appointments, site visits and inspections in one calendar the customer can see.
Documents
Permits, drawings, spec sheets and certificates on the project, with visibility you control.
Shared and private
Decide what the customer sees. Internal notes and files stay with the team.
Health and attention
Overdue milestones, open issues and quiet customers surface on the project and the Command Center.
Warranty handover
Completion pushes warranties into the customer's own account for the life of the system.
Roles
Right access for every seat.
- Owners and Admins run every project
- Sales sees the projects it created or is assigned to
- Support sees contacts and conversations, not project internals
- Compliance is read-only everywhere with audit and download
- Legacy Operations keeps its existing access unchanged
- Plan and add-on entitlements apply before any role does
Stated plainly
- Structural and mounting feasibility is shown with its source. ClickSabi never certifies structural adequacy.
- Interconnection guidance comes from verified market packs. Where a value is unverified it stays blank and is marked as a gap.
