Using Web Forms
Capture leads and turn submissions into contacts and projects.
Creating a form
Activate Web Forms, then create a form and give it a name such as Website enquiry form.
Publishing
A form is Draft, Active, Paused or Archived. Publish it to start collecting, pause it to stop without losing anything.
What happens on submission
Submissions are checked for spam and duplicates. Depending on the form's setting, a submission can create the contact only, create or link the property as well, or additionally create a project. Duplicate detection runs before anything is created.
Following up
Each submission is recorded on the contact's relationship timeline, so the enquiry sits alongside everything else you know about them.
What it does not do
A form captures and routes a lead. It does not run a campaign or make follow-up decisions for you; use Automations for that.
