Insights explain themselves
Each insight names the number that triggered it and the one action that would move it. Nothing is invented; if the underlying number is missing, no insight is produced.
Benchmarks
Benchmarks compare your figures against conservative home-services reference targets and report ahead, on track or behind. They are reference points, not a score or an industry certification.
Team load
Team load shows how work is distributed, so an insight about response time can be read alongside who is carrying the queue.
