Overview, Sales, Revenue, Projects, Customers, Communication, Referrals, Insights and Reports.
What each page answers
Overview shows platform pulse, proposals sent against accepted, the pipeline funnel, delivery stages and relationship lifecycle. Sales covers the proposal funnel and momentum, Projects covers delivery stages and load, Customers covers lifecycle and relationship health, Communication shows where conversations are stuck, Revenue shows where the money sits, and Referrals covers top referrers and campaign performance.
Derived, not stored
Analytics is derived live from your contacts, proposals, projects, conversations and referrals. It does not keep a separate copy of customer data.
Access
Analytics is view only for every role except owner.
