Automations
Triggers and actions
What can start an automation and what it can do.
Conversation and proposal triggers
A customer message, no customer reply, and a proposal being sent, viewed, accepted or declined.
Project and milestone triggers
Project created, milestone started, completed, skipped, reopened, blocked, unblocked, reassigned, due soon or overdue, project status changed, ready to complete, and completed.
Schedule and document triggers
Visits scheduled, booked, rescheduled, confirmed, upcoming, cancelled, completed or missed, and documents shared, requested, uploaded, due soon, overdue or fulfilled.
Payment triggers
Payment requested, overdue, paid, failed, cancelled or refunded.
Actions
Send a customer message, add an internal note, notify the owner, assign a conversation, set a conversation status, and record a timeline event.
Time-based triggers
Some triggers, such as an upcoming visit or an overdue payment, come from the scheduler rather than something a person did.
