Where files live, who can see them, and how sharing works.
One library, organised by customer and project
Documents holds every contract, permit, photo and report in the workspace, grouped by customer and project, with design documents and project documents as separate filters.
Where documents come from
Files uploaded in a conversation or attached during design land in the same library. Supporting documents on an accepted proposal are linked into that project's documents.
Protected documents
Documents that are part of an approved design are protected from actions that would break the design record.
Deleting versus archiving
Deleting removes the file and every version, for you and for any customer it was shared with. Archive instead if you only want it out of the current view.
