Nothing crosses automatically
Information moves between a provider workspace and a customer account only through a workflow that shares it. There is no background synchronisation between the two accounts.
Provider-private
Internal notes, assignments, your analytics, action recommendations and AI suggestions.
Customer-private
Their own contract analysis, comparisons, private uploads and private notes are theirs. Connecting to your workspace does not give you access to them.
