How projects work in ClickSabi Pro
The project is the spine every other Pro area connects to.
Projects are the spine
Contact, conversation, design, proposal, acceptance, approvals, schedule, installation, inspection, completion, documents, payments, warranty and maintenance are not separate products. They are stages of one project, and the project record carries them all.
Everything hangs off the project
Open a project to reach its design, proposal, schedule, documents, payments and the conversation with the customer, instead of hunting through separate lists.
What used to be separate
Standalone Proposals, Appointments and Support destinations have been folded into the project. Old links redirect to the project area that now owns the work.
What the customer sees
A connected customer sees the shared parts of the project. Provider-private notes and internal records stay in your workspace.
