How the stage is derived, what milestones exist, and what health means.
Stages
Delivery runs through Proposal, Planning, Approvals, Scheduling, Installation, Inspection, Completion, Warranty and Long-term care.
The stage is derived
Stage is derived from canonical evidence such as designs, proposals, milestones, appointments and completion, and only ever advances. An explicit, recorded override exists for exceptional cases.
Milestones
Proposal sent, proposal reviewed, contract signed, deposit received, permit submitted, permit approved, equipment ordered, installation scheduled, installation complete, inspection complete and warranty delivered.
Health
Healthy, Needs attention, Delayed, Waiting or Completed, derived from priority and risk signals, who you are waiting on, and whether the expected completion date has passed.
Status and priority
Separately, a project carries a status of Draft, Active, On hold, Completed, Cancelled or Archived, and a priority of Low, Medium, High or Critical.
