Why some teammates only see some projects.

Scoped resources
Projects, designs and proposals can be scoped by assignment.
Who sees everything
Owner, admin and compliance see all projects, within the limits of their role.
Who sees only their own
Sales & marketing sees projects they created or are assigned to. Support has no project access at all.
Changing assignment
Assign the project to the teammate who owns it. Assignment changes what they can reach, so treat it as an access decision, not just a label.
