Inviting teammates
Who can invite, how seats work, and what an invitation does.

Who can invite
Only owners and admins can invite teammates, change roles or remove members.
Send the invitation
Settings, Team, then invite by email and choose the role. Nobody can grant a role at or above their own level of authority.
Seats
Each invitation reserves a seat against your plan's team member limit. If the limit is reached, upgrade the plan or free a seat first.
Accepting
The invitee accepts from their own account. Joining your workspace gives them a role in it; it does not merge any Personal account into your business.
