What Insights records and how to use it.

What is tracked
Opens, unique visitors, time spent, chapters viewed, completion, questions asked, documents downloaded, shares, reminders sent and revisions created.
Timing
Insights also shows days live, days to first view and days until expiry, so a quiet proposal is easy to spot.
Using it
Treat engagement as a prompt to follow up, not a verdict. It describes behaviour on the proposal, nothing more.
