Scheduling visits
Book, confirm, reschedule and cancel visits across projects.
One appointment view
Appointments shows everything booked across your projects and customers, with Upcoming, Awaiting confirmation and Past views. Older Appointments links redirect here.
Booking
Book from the project's Appointments tab or from the cross-project Appointments view. Times are shown in the appointment's own timezone.
Customer-visible visits
When a visit is customer-visible it appears in the customer's schedule. Rescheduling notifies them and asks them to confirm the new time; cancelling notifies them too.
Awaiting confirmation
Visits still waiting on a customer response sit in the Awaiting confirmation view so they do not get missed.
