Publishing and sharing a proposal
Publish a version, control the link, and preview what the customer sees.
Preview first
Preview renders the live customer deck rather than a PDF, with a device selector and a fit to frame option. Preview as Customer opens the full customer experience.
Publish
Publishing creates an immutable version and puts the secure link live. The link is stable: publishing again shows the newest version on the same link.
Expiry
Choose 7 days, 14 days, 30 days or no expiry.
Rotate and revoke
Rotating issues a new link and retires the old one. Revoking closes the link entirely. Both are confirmed before they take effect, and the customer sees a clear expired, withdrawn or no longer active message.
Other ways to deliver
You can copy the link, email it, or download a PDF of the proposal.
