How customers and providers stay connected
What a connected relationship is and what each side can see.
A relationship, not a copy
When a customer connects to your workspace, both sides work against the same relationship. Proposals, projects, conversations and shared documents are linked to it and never copied between accounts. Neither account owns the other.
Connection status
A contact moves through Unclaimed, Invited, Connected, Active and Completed. Disconnected, Declined and Blocked are also possible. The status describes the relationship, not the person.
One conversation per relationship
Messages with a customer live in a single conversation tied to the relationship, so the history stays in one place whatever stage the project is at.
What crosses the boundary
Only shared items cross: proposals you send, shared documents, shared project progress and milestones, warranties you issue and payment requests. Internal notes, assignments, analytics and AI suggestions stay on your side.
