Personal and Pro accounts
Why the two sides are separate accounts and how they connect.
Two account types
ClickSabi Personal is for homeowners and businesses buying solar. ClickSabi Pro is for solar providers. An account is one or the other.
No merging, no conversion
A Personal account cannot be converted into a provider account, and the two are never merged. Someone who needs both keeps two separate accounts.
Joining a workspace
The only way to gain access to a Pro workspace is a team invitation from an owner or admin of that workspace.
How the sides meet
Providers and customers meet through a connected relationship, not a shared login. Each side keeps its own account and sees the information the relationship permits.
