Understanding provider disbursements
How project funds reach your business, and what each status means.
A reviewed request, not an automatic release
You request a disbursement of project funds. ClickSabi reviews it and either approves or declines it. Approval is a review decision; it is not automatic, instant or guaranteed.
The statuses
Draft, Submitted, Under review, Approved, Declined, Processing, Transferred to payout account, Paid to bank and Cancelled.
What transferred means
Transferred means ClickSabi moved the funds to your connected payout account. Your payment provider then pays that account out to your bank on its own schedule. Only Paid to bank means the money reached your bank.
Where it is available
Provider disbursements are currently available only to Canadian payout accounts and in Canadian dollars. This limit applies to project funds, not to homeowner checkout, refunds or your own subscription.
