How funded, refunded, reserved and available are calculated.

A ledger per project
Project funds are tracked as entries against a project: what was funded, what was refunded, what is reserved by an open disbursement request, and what remains available.
Reserved amounts
Submitting a disbursement request reserves the amount against the milestone so it cannot be requested twice. Declining or cancelling the request returns the reserve.
Currency
A project's funds are held in one currency. A project holding more than one currency cannot be requested against until that is resolved.
