Troubleshooting

Payment and disbursement problems

Requests, payouts and money that has not arrived.

A payment shows as overdue

Overdue is calculated from the due date and what has been paid. Follow up with the customer, or record an offline payment if they paid another way.

A disbursement request will not submit

The request needs a completed milestone with an allocated amount, matching currency, and funds still available on the project. The block message names which condition failed.

A request was declined

A decline always carries a reason, and the reserved amount returns to the project.

It says transferred but the bank shows nothing

Transferred means the funds reached your connected payout account. Your payment provider then pays that account out to your bank on its own schedule.

The payout account is restricted

Open the payout account page and complete whatever the payments partner still needs. Accounts outside Canada cannot receive provider disbursements at this time.
