What happens when a proposal is accepted
The handover from a signed offer to delivery.

Acceptance is the customer's action
The customer accepts from their proposal link. The proposal becomes Accepted and locks.
Delivery takes over
The relationship becomes active and delivery is driven by the project record from that point. A draft or sent proposal keeps the project in Proposal until the customer actually accepts.
Documents follow
Supporting documents shown on an accepted proposal are linked into that project's documents. They are linked, never copied.
