Setting the property and roof
Locate the site, confirm the property, and resolve each roof plane.
Locate the property
Search the address, pick the match, then confirm the property. The step shows the located address, customer, coordinates, match quality, utility territory and roof covering.
Roof planes
Before a module can be placed, the roof needs an outline and every plane needs a resolved slope and direction.
Measured first, manual as an override
Slope is populated from the strongest available measured evidence. If you enter a value by hand it is treated as an override and automatic derivation will not overwrite it.
Advanced roof tools
Vertex, edge, elevation and revision tools sit behind Advanced roof tools so the main step stays focused on what must be true to continue.
