Getting started with ClickSabi Pro
What ClickSabi Pro is, who can open it, and where to begin.
What ClickSabi Pro is
ClickSabi Pro is the provider side of the platform. Solar businesses use it to manage contacts and conversations, design systems, send proposals, deliver projects, take project payments, request disbursements and support customers after installation.
Who can open the Pro workspace
Pro access needs two things: a registered company workspace and an active subscription. Until both are in place, ClickSabi shows the provider access page with the step that is still outstanding.
Personal and Pro are separate accounts
ClickSabi Personal and ClickSabi Pro are separate accounts. A Personal account is never upgraded, converted or merged into a provider workspace. You join a workspace through a team invitation.
Where to begin
Complete provider onboarding, set your company details and branding, invite your team, then create your first contact and project. Everything else in the workspace hangs off a project.
