Design and stringing problems
Blank figures, refused actions and blocking validation.
Results shows dashes instead of numbers
Production is not established. Complete the energy inputs and the site's solar resource, then return to Results.
Auto String refuses to run
The engine refuses when the data does not support a decision, for example a missing datasheet value or an unknown equipment relationship. The refusal names the reason.
A string shows a blocking failure
Blocking failures must be resolved, not overridden. Common causes are a string too long for the inverter at the design temperature, an optimizer count outside the manufacturer range, or a microinverter branch above its branch device allowance.
A circuit says it is out of date
Modules referenced by the circuit are no longer in the layout. Re-string that face or restore the modules.
The design will not continue to a proposal
Work through the checklist items; each one links to the step that fixes it.
