Proposal and project problems
Sharing, visibility and stage questions.
The customer says the link does not work
A link can be expired, revoked or rotated. Publish or rotate to issue a live link, and check the expiry you set.
A proposal cannot be edited
Accepted, declined, expired and revoked proposals are locked. Create a revision instead.
A project is not visible to a teammate
Sales & marketing only sees projects they created or are assigned to, and Support has no project access. Assign the project if they need it.
The stage looks wrong
Stage is derived from evidence and only advances. If the evidence is missing, add it; use the recorded override only for genuine exceptions.
A document the customer should see is missing
Documents are private until shared. Check the document is marked Shared and that shared documents are switched on in the portal settings.
